We are a small family farm based in central Victoria. The farm has been in our family since 1926. We have been growing garlic in a commercial capacity for past 5 years. Our garlic is grown along side Joyce's creek.  We use rotational grazing principles, compost, wheat straw and reusable drip irrigation to maximise water use efficiency and increase soil carbon, with seaweed and worm juice to improve soil quality. We aspire to use regenerative principles as much as we can and keep waste to a minimum with the focus of delivering our best quality produce to our customers. We are increasing our number of varieties and the products that we offer. We currently offer 5 varieties of garlic for culinary use and/or seed stock for growing.
