Duganski has beautiful purple colouring, large sized bulbs and a strong flavour.
It originates from Uzbekistan and has a unique flavour. It is suited to cold dry climates, can handle frost. It can be planted end of May and can be harvested mid to late January.
Grows a scape that grows into a curl. Scapes can be used in cooking also, harvested green and works well in a stir fry. Removing the scape will not impact development of bulb.
